Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within our returns period, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging. Customers are responsible for cost of return .

Please, state or include the following information: name, email address, order number, product code and reason for return including pictures.

Then state whether you would like a refund, an exchange or a replacement.

Refunds, exchanges or replacements are processed when the product is received back and accepted for a refund (refund process takes up to 7 days).

Please obtain proof of postage receipt when sending your item back.

Please ensure that all items being returned are complete, unopened and resalable with original packaging, and are securely sent. 

We do not take any responsibility for damaged items occurred in transit.

We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items that are received in a resalable condition within 14 working days of purchase. After this period we cannot offer any return/refund or exchange.

There are certain situation when a partial refund can only be issued, such as obvious sign of use , missing original package/condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

When returning goods to customer services, refunds will be paid onto the same method of payment used on the original order.  

We do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items prior transit.

No refund on promotional, reduced or discounted items.
